As of December 31, 2024, Nayax has 11 global offices, approximately 1,100 employees, connections to more than 80 merchant acquirers and payment method integrations and globally recognized as a payment facilitator. Nayax’s mission is to improve our customers’ revenue potential and operational efficiency.
Challenge
As Nayax grew, they faced the challenge of managing increasing onboarding volumes while scaling a network of over 100 active partners and resellers. They needed a smarter way to handle not just merchant onboarding but also their entire reseller ecosystem, with streamlined processes, full visibility, and consistent customer experiences.
As the reseller network expanded, Nayax needed a way to let partners support merchant acquisition without creating fragmented onboarding journeys, inconsistent processes, or additional compliance risk.
Simultaneously, the company transitioned into a payment facilitator (PayFac) model, assuming full responsibility for regulatory compliance. This shift meant managing complex KYC, KYB, and AML workflows—something their existing stack wasn’t built for.

Resellers and merchants can start applications with just a few key details, and the system guides them through tailored questions relevant to their business type.
This automation reduces back-and-forth communication and ensures the Sales and Compliance teams receive complete, validated applications from the start. The built-in notes section and verification insights also make internal collaboration much easier.
Offer Generator
With OnBoard’s Offer Generator, Nayax can generate customized offers quickly and at scale. The tool enables the creation of pre-configured offer templates based on vertical, pricing models, or service types—cutting down time spent on manual proposal building.
It also enables Nayax to adjust terms, fees, and requirements dynamically based on the customer or reseller profile. Offers are instantly shareable and trackable through the onboarding pipeline, improving conversion and visibility across both direct and reseller-led merchant acquisition.
Managed Reseller and White Label Onboarding
OnBoard allows Nayax’s resellers to onboard businesses directly through the platform, based on pre-set onboarding rules and eligibility criteria defined by Nayax. This creates a managed white label onboarding model where partners can support merchant acquisition, while Nayax retains control over the workflows, compliance requirements, approvals, and visibility needed to manage risk.
This removes the need for constant manual oversight, streamlines the application process, and ensures consistency across the reseller network. Resellers are empowered with the right tools to submit applications independently, without creating compliance risk, process bottlenecks, or visibility gaps for Nayax.
Automated Compliance Checks
OnBoard automates critical regulatory requirements across KYB, KYC, and AML. It rapidly identifies business entities, ownership structures, and high-risk applicants using global watchlists, sanctions, PEPs, and adverse media databases.
