We’re looking for an experienced Team Leader to help us meet growing client demand in our Outsourced AML division.

Our Head Office is located in North Sydney, and we have a hybrid work from home policy (applicable after successful completion of the initial training period) - working in the office a minimum of three days per week - to promote work-life balance!

As one of several KYC Team Leaders, you’ll lead a team of people dedicated to selected customers, and responsible for the delivery and relationships with those clients:

  • Being responsible for a dedicated group of MVSI customers that depend on our services
  • Managing and mentoring your team of verifiers, including professional development and career pathways.
  • Conducting KYB checks on organizations and their individuals, verifying identities, company structures, shareholdings and more
  • Managing workload distribution, productivity, quality, and throughputs of your team.
  • Liaising with clients and guide them through the verification process
  • Handling queries and provide stellar service, every step of the way
  • Staying sharp on regulations and suggest process improvements
  • Identifying opportunities to improve internal processes and client outcomes, and being a driving force in the company and our quest for world domination.

Your Role

As Sales Representative / BDM, you will collaborate closely with all parts of the company, both in the UK and internationally. We are looking for a hunter with significant experience in SaaS, Fintech and complex ROI selling.

With growth comes opportunity, and we need people with ambition who can be hands on today and strategic tomorrow.

Role Responsibilities

  • Drive revenue growth by promoting and selling our SaaS products across the US and UK region, confidently articulating value propositions within the financial services landscape.
  • Proactively generate new business opportunities through a combination of cold outreach and warm lead engagement, converting prospects into meetings (remote and in-person).
  • Conduct market research to identify emerging opportunities and high-potential prospective clients.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans aligned with company growth objectives, GP targets and KPI’s.

  • Superior sales skills, such as; TAS, Solution Selling, MEDDIC and Challenger.

Your Role

Market domination! We’ve smashed the Australian market where we started, and through word of mouth we have a well-established client base globally, including the UK.

As Sales Representative / BDM, you will collaborate closely with all parts of the company, both in the UK and internationally. We are looking for a hunter with significant experience in SaaS, Fintech and complex ROI selling.

With growth comes opportunity, and we need people with ambition who can be hands on today and strategic tomorrow.

Role Responsibilities

  • Drive revenue growth by promoting and selling our SaaS products across the US and UK region, confidently articulating value propositions within the financial services landscape.
  • Proactively generate new business opportunities through a combination of cold outreach and warm lead engagement, converting prospects into meetings (remote and in-person).
  • Conduct market research to identify emerging opportunities and high-potential prospective clients.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans aligned with company growth objectives, GP targets and KPI’s.
  • Maintain deep product knowledge and stay informed on industry trends to effectively position solutions and address client needs in a competitive industry.
  • Collaborate closely with our pre-sales teams to deliver tailored product demonstrations and presentations, showcasing our unique product in line with client needs.
  • Manage the full sales lifecycle from initial engagement through to close, ensuring a seamless, timely and client-focused experience.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities within the CRM system, ensuring consistent follow-up and pipeline visibility.
  • Prepare and negotiate sales proposals and contracts, while supporting post-sales engagement to foster long-term client relationships and retention.

Who are we looking for?

  • Proven experience in SaaS/B2B product sales (Essential)
  • 2-5 years’ experience in selling complex Business Software and associated ROI in a New Business Development role or similar, carrying quarterly and annual quotas.
  • Superior sales skills, such as; TAS, Solution Selling, MEDDIC and Challenger.
  • A mentality that is all about the OTE, and the personal rewards and benefits that come with this.
  • Demonstrable track record in building territory attack plans, we have a huge TAM, ready to go!
  • Ability to work in a team autonomously and be able to self-motivate in a remote working environment reporting into a global CEO.
  • Hold an existing network of clients with long-standing relationships and ability to quickly build up new ones.
  • Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills.

Role Responsibilities
