Role Requirements

  • Team Leadership: Lead and mentor the helpdesk team by rolling up your sleeves, setting the standard for exceptional customer satisfaction in line with SLA’s and building a team culture where people feel supported and trusted.
  • Own and manage customer support operations across chat, email, and phone channels, ensuring a consistent and high-quality customer experience.
  • Design and implement ticketing, routing, and SLA frameworks to support efficient issue resolution and service excellence.
  • Be the Escalation Point: Step in on complex or high-impact issues, working closely with technical teams to get them resolved promptly.

Who we’re looking for

Role Requirements

  • Team Leadership: Lead and mentor the helpdesk team by rolling up your sleeves, setting the standard for exceptional customer satisfaction in line with SLA’s and building a team culture where people feel supported and trusted.
