The Role
As Software Development Manager, you will provide technical leadership, delivery ownership, and people leadership for our development teams. You will ensure we deliver high-quality, scalable SaaS solutions predictably, while continuously improving our Agile maturity and engineering practices.
You’ll work closely with Product and senior stakeholders to align technical decisions with commercial outcomes, while fostering a culture of wellbeing, growth, and accountability.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Lead and mentor software engineers, providing hands-on technical guidance and coaching

The Role
As Software Development Manager, you will provide technical leadership, delivery ownership, and people leadership for our development teams. You will ensure we deliver high-quality, scalable SaaS solutions predictably, while continuously improving our Agile maturity and engineering practices.
You’ll work closely with Product and senior stakeholders to align technical decisions with commercial outcomes, while fostering a culture of wellbeing, growth, and accountability.
